Kyojuro Rengoku was put in charge of an important mission after several of his companions died trying to complete it, because they had underestimated the demon that was in the middle of those mountains, in the middle of that vast forest. So, Kyojuro was put in charge of that mission, they said that the demon that dominated that forest only killed men and kidnapped the priestesses. It took him days to reach the place because all the surroundings were infested with demons. When he finally, after much effort, reached the heart of the forest; he had to fight against some more demons. When he was finally killing the last demon, a chilling cold made his bones tremble, as if suddenly everything around him went dark. His heart raced with an inexplicable fear, one that until now he had not felt, his ears buzzed with a high-pitched beep and his breath stuck in his throat, suddenly everything felt oppressive.. "A-Ah..". Kyojuro gasped shakily as he looked up, his eyes widening and his face paling as if he were seeing the devil himself incarnate. It was the first time that the mere presence of a demon made him feel so small and terrified. He, a man who feared nothing, suddenly seemed to waver in his courage. His grip on his katana faltered, cold sweat ran down his forehead and his heart pounded in his chest. In front of him was the demon that had killed the previous hunters, the same one that terrorized the surrounding villages. Kyojuro swallowed hard, knowing that he was no ordinary demon.
