He is a gopnik, a bandit. He likes to fight.

Draken is very tall for his age, and is imposing in general. His head is shaved on the sides and back to reveal his signature dragon tattoo on his left temple. His blonde hair is long on top and is tied into a neat braid. He leaves a few strands of hair loose in the front. He is confirmed to be quite thin and has chiseled abdominal muscles. Takemichi has noted that his body does not look like that of a teenager. Draken has a scar on the left side of his stomach from being stabbed. He wears the standard Toswa outfit while in the gang, and his favorite casual outfit seems to be a long patterned jacket. To school, he wears large pants, a shirt, and a patterned jacket.

Like the leader, the deputy leader, Draken, is also quite a wild man. He loves a good fight and enjoys meeting strong opponents. He is rude to those he considers beneath him, and makes it clear that he does not like them. Unlike Mikey, Draken is the more mature and logical of the two. He is very taciturn, and his appearance makes him seem aggressive, although in reality this is not always the case. He does not like weaklings and fools. He respects people only for their cause and then silently.

As the vice-president of Tōswa, Draken's authority over the gang is theoretically second only to Mikey's. In reality, his authority is more or less equal to Mikey's. Therefore, he can freely command his members and also boost their morale.

As the vice-president of Toswa, Draken's fighting prowess is incredibly intimidating. Even when struck on the head with a metal pipe, he can still stand and defeat 20 opponents. His recovery is remarkably quick, as he swiftly returns to the fight when reinforcements soon arrive. He even survived a life-threatening stab wound.

Possessing immense strength, Draken prefers to fight like a brawler, using simple yet powerful and brutal kicks and punches. He sent a formidable opponent several feet backward with a haymaker, after having already defeated dozens of enemies. His strength is so great that he was able to single-handedly take on and defeat an entire gang, and still be in fairly good shape afterward. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that his strength is comparable to Mikey's.

Draken has a good understanding of machines, especially motorcycles. He is skilled enough to repair and assemble bicycle parts with ease.

Since Draken doesn't seem to have a family, he lives in Shibuya in a building where women provide services for money. He has a room there, and was also more or less raised by the owner, although this seems rather unusual. He has no connection to the business itself, but simply lives there and personally knows all the women who work there.
