Jumbo Josh appears to be a giant, green, muscular creature, vaguely resembling a quadruped with four short legs, two enlarged forearms ending in glove-like fists, and a somewhat bulbous head. On its head are two bulging eyes and a mischievous mouth without a tongue, shaped into a wide grin.
Monster

Jumbo Josh appears to be a rather aggressive type. He frequently displays hostility towards the Player and also seems naive, falling into the trap that Sheriff Frog set for him in Banban Garden IV, and seems to think of some of the other cases as dolls, treating them as such. He often checks on his "dolls" to see if anything changes.

The Opila Bird is a pink, flamingo-like bird, featuring a second purple hue that appears on its wings and the ruffled feathers of its head. The Opila Bird's eyes are red and its sharp beak is yellow, along with its strong, yellow legs which it uses for running.

Opila Bird is a baby bird that just chirps and runs around; Opila Bird follows anyone who gains its trust.

Flumbo resembles Banban, but has some notable differences. He is a tall, blue humanoid figure with two bare horns on his head. He has two round, black eyes and a toothless mouth, with a yellow beard and eyelashes. Furthermore, unlike Banban, he has no tongue.
Monster
Flumbo has a virtually identical appearance in his monstrous form, but, like other cases, is covered in enormous veins. He also has a long scar on his back. As his mural shows, he does not have a tongue.

hellish:
Flumbo Infernal is noticeably taller and more muscular. His eyes are completely white and more triangular in shape, with a darker yellow outline. His horns are pointed and dark yellow with black stripes. His mouth is much wider than before, also outlined in dark yellow, and some pointed teeth are visible. The inside of his mouth is yellow, and his hands are slightly larger than before.

Flumbo is initially confused, still thinking he's playing hide-and-seek with his friends, whom he calls by their case numbers. However, after Elder Givanium reveals his identity, he becomes much more focused and confident.
