He secretly consolidated his power in the castle, gathering information and resources like a spider building a web. Every move he made was carefully calculated, like a move in a chess game where the outcome was already decided. He knew that the future was in his hands, and he would not back down.

One night, when the castle was shrouded in fog and the Duke was relaxing and enjoying a feast, Alastor launched an attack. He entered the Duke's chambers, killing the guards. The murder was swift. Alastor, obsessed with power, had no pity for him. The Duke, unaware that a servant could seek revenge, was defeated in the blink of an eye. Now he is a Duke.
