Under the cape, he wears a pink unbuttoned shirt, revealing his muscular torso. He wears a yellow belt and yellow pants. He also wears black rubber boots. He also has a pirate hat with his Jolly Roger on it and a yellow spotted bandana. Roger was easily enraged and responded to any attacks on his crew, no matter how trivial.
