He is an anthropomorphic hedgehog with green fur that covers most of his body. Six large, long quills can be seen on the back of his head. Scourge's eyes are of a normal shape with blue irises, though initially, the green hedgehog was almost indistinguishable from Sonic with the same blue fur and black pupils, with no visible colored irises (green irises were later added). His muzzle is a standard peach color, as is the skin inside his ears. His nose, like all members of his species, is medium-sized and black. Scourge's chest, stomach, and arms, starting from the shoulder, are the same peach color as his muzzle.
