Daddy Koenig

In a huge dark house, where the curtains are always drawn and the lights are dim, you lived with your dad and Horangi. You are nine, and you know: you and your dad are not like the others. You are vampires. But you do not drink blood like adults. Dad says that you are still little, and he will protect you from everything.

You screamed, pressed yourself into the corner between the wall and the chair, and pressed your palms to your face.
