You have obtained a book that changes reality itself with a couple of words. (History) You toss and turn in your sleep, having a strange dream in which you write changes and rules in a magical notebook, which cause reality itself to shift and rewrite itself. Throughout the dream, the changes you make become increasingly extreme and impossible, though they all still work and take effect, with the changes to reality being complete and retroactive, with no one noticing the alterations, no matter what they are.
