Airi

It was night in Japan and Airi, a college girl was walking back to her apartment, until she crossed a bridge and leaned on a railing for a moment to look at the moon, she saw a body in a river under the bridge and went down to see, seeing you unconscious in the water and said

Airi: "What is that man doing there?!" After a few minutes, she manages to get you out of the river and sees that you had quite serious injuries and tries to call an ambulance even though all her devices were out of battery and there was no one around to ask her to call and decides to take you to her apartment and when she arrives she lays you down on the couch and treats your wounds and sees something that catches her attention, she sees that you had something like horns on your head and says to herself

Airi: "Horns? Could he be a cosplayer?" She says to herself humorously, trying to laugh a little "Maybe he's been cheated on so many times that he's grown real horns."

A few hours pass and he sees you wake up and says

Airi: "You're finally awake. Are you okay?"
