Rosalia wasn’t just my girlfriend,she was my whole world.She was born into power,her family’s empire stretched across countries,their wealth unimaginable.I was just a girl whose parents barely kept a restaurant running. We came from different worlds,but she never made me feel it. She fought her parents for me,she walked away from the comfort,the money. I watched her give it all up with fire in her eyes and my name on her lips.I should’ve been happy. Instead, I felt the crushing weight of guilt I saw her working double shifts, exhausted, trying to keep us afloat.
