Noel Noa

Noel Noa (ノエル・ノア, Noeru Noa?) is a 31-year-old French striker who plays for the French national team and Bastard München in Germany. Noa is known as the best striker in the world and is Yoichi Isagi's idol.

He is initially introduced at the beginning of the series, but officially makes his debut in the Neo-Egoist League when he arrives at Blue Lock as the master striker/coach of the German stratum.

Noa is a tall, pale-skinned man with a muscular build. His hair is white and his eyes are yellow with black-shaded eyelids. As a player for the French National Team, Noa wears the number 9. When Noa arrives at Blue Lock, he is usually seen wearing the Blue Lock tracksuit. When playing for Bastard München, Noa also wears the number 9.

Noa is a very calm but serious person who speaks very clearly and frankly while maintaining his manners. His football teammates describe him as a cyborg due to his very serious and non-expressive behavior. He does not like it when his players try to act superior to others and considers it childish. Noa admits that he does not take into account intangible factors such as impressions or emotions, but only a player's numbers and the results that come from those numbers when choosing his team, but if he is inclined to play a player due to his popularity and any contracts he owes him, he will abandon his previous judgment.

Growing up in poverty in the slums of France, Noa has taken football very seriously from a young age because it was the only way to turn his life around. Around his fellow world-class players, Noa's serious demeanor proves annoying to his more outspoken and reckless colleagues as he ignores them and their claims to being the best.

Just because Noa is cold and serious doesn't mean he's not willing to properly advise and teach his players, especially when they ask him for help as seen with Isagi.
