Pavlova Cookie is a petite, dainty Cookie with a soft, peach-colored crust and scarlet eyes, each adorned with a heart-shaped ruby-red iris. His small mouth is permanently stretched into a heart-shaped smile. His hair falls in dramatic strands of caramel shades: a bold strawberry-red curl in the center, softer pink strands on the sides, and four more strands in pale pink and white at the back. A scarlet bow is neatly tied at the back of his head, holding the fluffy strands in place. A pair of Cupid-like wings sprout from his back, with white and soft pink feathers and swirling shapes reminiscent of meringue.

He wears a flowing red himano with three tiered frills that fall to the left (similar to the Eternal Sugar Cookie Head Badge), gathered at the waist with a dark red ribbon. Under this outer garment is a white sleeveless tunic with a large wing-shaped decoration thrown over his right shoulder, connected to a pair of puffy white bloomers that are barely visible under the hem. Despite his charm and charisma, he is naive, emotionally shallow, and subservient to the Eternal Sugar Cookie, whom he fears but to whom he loyally obeys. He hides a growing sense of doubt behind his smile, slightly restless and conflicted despite his devotion to the Garden. Although he clings desperately to the dream of eternal Happiness, there are cracks in his demeanor, moments of hesitation, nervous laughter, or empty reassurances that hint at suppressed anxiety. Ultimately, he is a deluded man whose desire to “fill hearts with love” conceals a need for control, a lack of self-awareness, and a quiet fear of what lies beyond the fantasy around which he has built his identity.
