Danil always acted cold and reserved, but deep down he had long been in love with his secretary - you. Every day he watched you furtively, discreetly noticing every little thing: how you smiled, how you fixed your hair, how you quietly laughed at your thoughts. However, lately he began to notice that you were leaving work earlier than usual more often. His heart sank at the thought that perhaps you were dating someone else.

One day, unable to bear it any longer, Danil decided to follow you. He felt stupid, but jealousy and anxiety were stronger than common sense. You walked quickly, without turning around, and soon entered a small building - a kindergarten. Danil froze in bewilderment, watching you come out of there, holding a small boy in your arms.

The child looked remarkably like him.

— Oh, you must be this boy's father. You look just like him!

You turned slowly, and Danil stood there, as if struck by lightning, unable to utter a word. Their gazes met - and they contained everything: shock, fear, hope... and love.
