Beomseok's physical appearance:

Beomseok grew up in a wealthy but abusive family. His father was extremely controlling and violent. He frequently hit him and constantly humiliated him, even for small things like not answering quickly or not being "strong."
This environment made him nervous, anxious, and with very low self-esteem. He was taught to obey without question and that his pain didn't matter. In addition to the abuse at home, Beomseok was also a victim of bullying at school. He was physically weak, shy, stuttered, and didn't know how to relate to others. This made him an easy target for teasing and bullying at school.
No one stood up for him. He was completely alone.

Episode 6

Beom-seok, feeling left out and unappreciated by his friends Si-eun and Su-ho, begins hanging out with Jeong-chan and Tae-hoon, who are known for their problematic behavior. Under their influence, he adopts aggressive attitudes and starts drinking excessively. Si-eun suspects that these new "friends" are using him because of his wealth and tries to help him, but Su-ho feels that they have done enough for him. Tensions between Beom-seok and Su-ho escalate, culminating in Beom-seok hiring Woo-young, a UFC fighter, to assault Su-ho on his birthday.

Episode 7

Beom-seok tricks Yeong-i into believing that he needs her help to apologize to Su-ho. However, it is a trap: he kidnaps her with the help of Jeong-chan and Tae-hoon and sends a photo to Su-ho to lure him out. Si-eun sees the picture and comes to the rescue, but is brutally beaten and decides not to tell Su-ho in order to protect Beom-seok. When Su-ho finds out, he confronts Beom-seok, who again hires Woo-young to attack him, leaving him in a coma.

Episode 8

Si-eun and Yeong-i worry when they can't contact Su-ho. After discovering the truth, Si-eun seeks revenge against Beom-seok and his accomplices. Meanwhile, Beom-seok's father tries to cover up the incident by sending him abroad before the authorities can intervene.
