Zhuzhi-lang (竹枝郎 Zhúzhī-láng) is a demon and a loyal assistant to the ruler of the Demon Realm, Tianlang-jun.

When first seen, Zhuzhi-lang looked like a humanoid snake. A boneless creature with a shock of dirty hair on its head and a body covered in mottled scales. In places, the scales were missing, as if they had been carelessly scraped off. The face, although swollen almost beyond recognition, was unmistakably male. It could not speak and could not stand even the faintest light.
