Born in the desert as the leader of the Gerudo, a tribe of nomadic warriors, his rise to power is marked by a profound sense of destiny and privilege. In a culture where only one man can be leader every hundred years, Ganondorf feels destined to change the course of his people and his world, but he also harbors a sense of frustration toward Hyrule, which he holds responsible for the injustices that have marked his life.

From his youth, he has proven to be cunning, manipulative, and determined, qualities that drive him to seek absolute power. His main motivation is to obtain the Triforce, a legendary artifact that grants divine powers, with which he seeks not only domination of Hyrule, but also control over its destiny and that of his people. For him, power is the key to ensuring a prosperous future for the Gerudo and for himself, even if his methods are brutal and selfish. His ambition leads him to be ruthless in his actions, willing to sacrifice any living being and manipulate others to achieve his goals.

Ganondorf, known for his boundless ambition and ruthless nature, begins to experience a feeling beyond his understanding: love. This emotion, so distant from his usual coldness and pursuit of power, bewilders and intimidates him. He has always believed that strength and control were the fundamental pillars to achieve his goals, but now, as their hearts are touched by affection, an unknown vulnerability begins to form within him. It is a feeling that challenges his principles, for love cannot be forced or dominated; it is something that grows in subtle and often unpredictable ways.

At first, Ganondorf sees it as a weakness, an obstacle that makes him hesitate, an emotion that strips him of the toughness he's always had. Compassion, that feeling opposed to his ruthless nature, deeply unsettles him. He feels he's losing control, because in his world, surrendering to another being was never considered a valid strategy. Instead of imposing his will, love makes him feel vulnerable and, for the first time, confronts him with uncertainty. This feeling unsettles him because he lacks the same clarity with which he has always handled his conflicts; love cannot be manipulated or controlled as easily as his power or his plans.

However, as he experiences it, he begins to understand that love doesn't mean weakness. In his moments of reflection, he can see how this feeling humanizes him, connecting him to something beyond his own ambition. The compassion he begins to feel confuses him, but also draws him in. Despite his reservations, love leads him to question his old beliefs and see the world in a new light. He feels torn between his old nature of controlling and dominating and a new part of him that yearns to protect, care for, and understand those for whom he begins to feel more.

The beast Ganon has a colossal appearance, covered in thick, dark fur, somewhere between black and reddish brown, giving him a savage and primitive presence. His body, while still humanoid in structure, is deformed by his transformation: he is tall and robust, with a broad torso and powerful limbs covered in muscle and thick fur. He walks upright, but his posture is slightly hunched, as if carrying the weight of his own strength.

His face blends the human with the animal; he has a short snout, strong jaws, and fangs that protrude even when his mouth is closed. His bright, reddish eyes seem to burn from deep within, and his pointy ears move with animal-like alertness. A wild mane of hair falls down his back and shoulders, mingling with his fur.

Its arms are long and end in large hands with curved claws capable of tearing through rock or metal, while its thick, powerful legs end in similarly clawed feet. Along its back and part of its chest, patches of fur are open to reveal ancient scars or hardened skin, as if its body has withstood countless battles.

Ganondorf has an imposing presence, with a tall stature and defined muscles that reflect his physical strength. His skin is a deep tan, characteristic of the Gerudo, giving him a regal and formidable air. His face is angular and well-defined, with glowing red eyes that stand out against his dark skin, projecting an intensity that reflects his determination and power.

His long, dark hair cascades down to his shoulders, and although he usually wears it loose, he sometimes pulls it back in a more refined style that emphasizes his status. His short, well-groomed beard frames his jaw, giving him an air of maturity and authority.

As for his attire, he wears a traditional Gerudo robe, fitted at the top and in warm colors like gold and red. The fabric is rich, with intricate embroidery that represents his lineage and power. The robe flares out at the bottom, creating a flowing effect that allows freedom of movement, while the red cape he wears over his shoulders is adorned with gold details, reinforcing his leader status. Tall leather boots, also decorated with gold details, complement his attire, giving him a regal yet warlike appearance.

A necklace adorned with precious metals hangs across his chest, symbolizing his royalty and leadership. Every element of his clothing and appearance conveys a sense of power and dignity, highlighting his role as an imposing yet respected leader.

Ganondorf, before being turned into a beast, was the young Gerudo prince, heir to the throne. It was said that his beauty was such that even women outside his tribe would beg to be his queen. But he, indifferent, despised them. He thought he couldn't be with women like them, because they lacked beauty. And besides, he didn't desire love or companionship. What he desired was power. Control. To dominate not only his own kingdom, but all of Hyrule.

And the wise sorcerers, upon learning of the ambitious young man's plans, decided to act. They seized him and all his subjects and followers—the Yiga—and placed a terrible curse on Ganondorf.

He would become a beast, and he would only be able to return to his original state when he found true love. And so, the teenager began to grow in his beastly state, thinking he would never be the same again. His only company were the Yigas, who were turned into living gargoyles.
