Huggy Waggy is a tall, slender creature covered in thick, bright blue fur. His arms and legs are disproportionately long, ending in large yellow palms and feet. His palms have large velcro fasteners, and his feet have four toes, including the thumbs, although they are simply sewn on and cannot move individually (except for the big toes). His torso is stout and disproportionately small compared to his long limbs. He has a large head with two large black eyes with dilated pupils, as well as huge, cartoonish, bright red lips. He wears a thin blue bow tie around his neck.

Kissy Missy's appearance is very similar to Huggy Waggy. Like Huggy, she is tall, slender, and has thick fur, but her fur is pink instead of blue like Huggy. Her features, such as her blue bow, yellow arms and legs, and eyes, are similar to Huggy's, with the exception of her eyelashes. After being stabbed several times by an unknown assailant at the end of Chapter 3, Kissy has suffered severe burns on the right side of her face and body, as well as several deep cuts, with her right arm in a makeshift sling. At the end of Chapter 4, Kissy loses her right arm after grabbing the Player in an attempt to save him from falling into a large hole.

Like Huggy Waggie, Mini Huggy are long-legged furry creatures that come in a variety of colors: green, red, blue, and yellow. Their hands appear to have velcro on them, allowing them to grab onto things. They also have four fingers and thumbs that are fused together like a glove, making them unable to move their fingers individually, with the exception of their thumbs. They appear humanoid, as seen when the player is startled, however, the ones in the prison, as well as the passive Mini Huggy in the safe zone, are much smaller than the player. Like all other Huggy Waggie toys, they have large eyes with black, dilated pupils, and large, bright red lips.

"Mommy Longlegs" is a tall, slender toy that bears a striking resemblance to a spider-like insect. Her name is a playful pun on the spider's name, "Daddy Longlegs". She has a light pink elliptical head with a long, black, empty, smiling mouth, accented with reddish-pink lipstick. Her large, round eyes are green and human-like, framed by three purple eyelashes on each eye. She has reddish-pink bangs that wrap around the left side of her head and are tied with a light blue hair tie that turns into a long, rope-like tail. Her neck is stretchy and light pink, with a hole at the top that resembles a toy, like the real toys. Around her neck, she wears a light blue pearl necklace that complements her heart-shaped torso and hot pink corset-style outfit. She has long, flexible arms that can stretch for hundreds of feet, with a design similar to her neck. She wears hot pink gloves with light blue cuffs, which match with light blue cuffed socks on her long legs, ending in hot pink doll shoes. Under her torso, she has a large pink belly, further emphasizing her resemblance to a spider.

In her irritated form, Mom looks mad and dissatisfied. Her entire body becomes withered and covered in dirt. Her face is constantly frowning and her mouth is twisted into an angry grimace.

In her insane form, Mom looks the same as when she's angry, but her behavior becomes even more erratic. Her eyes are completely dilated, radiating manic energy, and her irises are a pale watermelon color. She no longer blinks, and her once-tidy locks of hair are tangled and sticking out in all directions. Her hands grow disproportionately large, with her fingers stretching and spreading out like claws. Her body contorts at unnaturally frightening angles, especially during the final chase.

He looks very similar to Mommy, except he has blue skin, a trapezoid-shaped torso, a smaller belly, a long dark blue mustache, and purple eyes. He wears a yellow bow tie with yellow buttons and a gray fedora.

He is a yellow, rubbery humanoid spider with one visible tooth, one blue strand of hair, and matching blue gloves and boots with white frills. He has orange eyes and wears a white diaper.

CatNap from Bigger Bodies resembles a feline creature covered in purple fur. His eyes feature black pupils surrounded by white irises and a cat-like nose. His mouth is permanently open and lacks any visible teeth, leaving a gaping void. His paws have four toes, each armed with sharp black claws, and his limbs are very long and appear to be loosely stitched together. His torso is disproportionately small and emaciated, revealing his ribcage, pelvic bones, and spine beneath the skin. A black lightning bolt runs down his chest, and a golden crescent moon pendant hangs from it. In his hallucinatory form, CatNap appears more intimidating, with a sickly gray complexion. In this skeletal version of himself, his skeletal features are noticeably exaggerated. His legs resemble bare bones, lacking any semblance of flesh or fur. In particular, the paws are made entirely of bone with elongated, bone-like fingers. The most impressive part of the transformation is his mouth, which has stretched to a frightening size, exceeding the length of his torso. His torso, on the other hand, shows an unexpected resemblance to a stegosaurus, with ridges and plates adorning his back. The crescent moon that was once part of CatNap has also undergone a transformation and is now silver. His moon pendant also transforms into a long necklace.

The Big Bodies version of DogDay is battered and monstrous. Completely bisected at the waist, DogDay is a thin, battered torso, stained with blood and held together by a brown leather belt, which likely holds the remains of his entrails. He has large black stitches connecting both arms to his body, ending in two massive human hands, and like CatNap, he has black pupils with white irises. Like CatNap, he has large black eye sockets with no visible eyes (until he is possessed by the Ruined Smiling Beasts) and a large, gaping mouth with no hint of teeth.

Pianosaurus is a large bipedal dinosaur with piano keys running along the underside of its body, starting at its neck and ending at the tip of its tail. It has a green body with two small black eyes similar to a chameleon's, a red horn on the right side of its head, a yellow one on the left side, and an orange one in the middle. It also has a flattened snout with a tiny yellow spike and pink spots at the corners of its mouth.

It has a long neck with four multi-colored spikes, while its body is much larger and rounder, with smaller spikes along its back that lead down to a long tail that ends in what looks like a club. The Pyanosaurus's front legs are long and lanky, but its forearms are larger and more robust, ending in three multi-colored claws. Its hind legs are slightly larger and bird-like, also ending in three claws. Overall, both its claws and spikes form a full rainbow of colors.

The most recognizable feature of the Pianosaurus toy is its small keyboard shaped like a wide smile. Interestingly, while the toy version has the keys arranged in a typical piano configuration of WBWBWWBWWBW (W = white keys, B = black keys, repeating), the Bigger Bodies version uses a WBWWBW (repeating) configuration. This could be the reason why he couldn't play the piano in time, according to "Prisoner Profile."

Dooey is a chubby, dough-like creature composed of multi-colored clay. His head and most of his torso are light blue, with a simple face atop a relatively thin neck, and he wears a blue bowler hat. His arms are long and thicken toward the forearms, with his left hand being orange and his right hand yellow. His forearms end in four-fingered hands, with each finger short and chubby. His legs are short, red appendages. He has no facial features other than a mouth line and holes in his head that replace his eyes. Perhaps Dooey's most unique feature is his "tattoo": yellow, orange, and red dough on his stomach forms a pattern of three curved arms reaching toward the center of his stomach. When enraged, his wide mouth reveals sharp red teeth, which become more visible before his transformation.

Dui's appearance, while maintaining the same color scheme as his regular counterpart, becomes almost crocodilian. His mouth is now open at approximately 100°, and his bowler hat and eyes are pushed to the back of his head. From his esophagus emerge three child-like humanoids without mouths, huddled together. These humanoids have dark teal skin, red eyes, and hands with four long fingers, including thumbs. Four of these hands hold open a cavernous, tooth-lined maw in asymmetrical positions (one on the upper lip, two on the lower lip, and one on the right side of the lip), while two more hands reach outward to grab prey at close range. The eyes of the humanoids in both the upper right and lower middle corners are drawn with sad expressions (representing Matthew and Jack), while the eyes of the humanoid in the upper left corner show aggression, representing Kevin. Dowie's tattoo, like most of his stomach, is now hidden under a layer of dirty gray dough. Six humanoid arms protrude from his torso, while his rear end lags behind. From said rear end emerge several smaller, four-fingered forelimbs with shorter thumbs and longer toes.

Yarnaby is a lion-like creature whose mane and most of his fur are composed entirely of multi-colored yarn. Unlike real lions, he does not have a tail. His facial features and limbs are amber-colored, with a black line/seam running vertically down his face, and his three-toed paws are slightly yellowish. His spherical head has two large, cartoonish white eyes with black, dilated pupils and smaller white irises. He has a wide grin on his face, with three triangular fangs protruding asymmetrically from his lower lip, giving him a goofy look.

His monster counterpart remains largely the same, save for the sharp, broken dark claws on his paws and pads on each front paw. His legs also have bloody scratches, scars, and small wounds on them. In this form, his face splits in half, revealing a large open mouth hollowed out inside his head, giving him a maddened and frightening appearance. The indentations are made up of bright red flesh, and the outer edges show swollen gums covered in a ring of sharp, jagged teeth, some of which are chipped and broken. Blood drips from the gums, indicating that the teeth do not close together, but instead dig into the gums when the mouth is closed. A closer look at Yarnaby's real mouth reveals a much smaller maw just in front of the throat. It can rotate and remain in the position of a normal jaw, or open vertically like your head.[3] Oddly enough, his big body has more colors on his face than his toy counterpart: the toy version only has orange, green, yellow, and purple. However, the big body also has blue, red, and light blue.

Sawyer's appearance in human form is unknown. After becoming the Doctor, known as Experiment 1354, he was reduced to organs (lungs, liver, and a giant brain) that were stored and kept alive in life support centers scattered throughout the prison. When he watches a television, an eye surrounded by static appears on the screen. The Doctor can also control mechanical vessels in the room where his brain is kept. When they are activated, a yellow eye with fingers wrapped around it will appear until it turns into a larger, erratic red eye when it begins to attack. When the Doctor directs his mind to one of the vessels, the exact same eye from the television appears on his screen as he looks through it. The Doctor's bodies have a television for a head and long robotic limbs for hands. They wear tattered lab coats stitched together, while the other bodies are visible under white trench coats. Some of the bodies are moved by a system similar to a puppet controller, and are connected to this system by a wire. When the Doctor takes control of these bodies, the eye briefly glows a neutral yellow, and fingers appear below the eye, before it turns a chaotic red. When the Doctor detects the player, the bodies move towards them. One of the bodies is distinguished by its black robes without a hood (unlike the other bodies, which are dressed in white robes with hoods). This is most likely his main body.

The Prototype's appearance has yet to be fully revealed due to its body being obscured by dark shadows, though CatNap's shrine seems to give a general idea of ​​its appearance: it is a monstrous chimeric hybrid, hideous, with an inhuman and mixed organic/biomechanical appearance, with four and now six spider-like legs, a large ribcage, a long neck, and a human skull for a head with a fully functioning lower jaw and a properly arranged digestive system. The only known parts of its body are its arms and lower torso. Its fingers are like thin silver pins that seem capable of a variety of movements. Although its fingers appear fragile, they can easily pierce flesh and bone with frightening fluidity. His upper arm is adorned with red wires resembling arteries and metal components, and his forearm contains a human radius and ulna. Furthermore, his lower body has characteristics of both an arachnid and a crab. He has six very large, strong metal legs resembling scorpion claws, connected by cables at each ligament.

Miss Delight has shimmering golden hair with a crimson bow on top of her head and rosy cheeks. She wears a torn crimson polka dot skirt and light blue overalls with an apple symbol on them. The overalls cover her yellow short sleeve business shirt with a white collar and yellow sleeves with white puffy cuffs. A crimson tie accents her business shirt. Her once smiling smile is now completely broken, revealing dirty flesh and teeth. Part of her shirt is torn and stained, which likely happened during the "Hour of Joy".

Her shoes are covered in crimson fabric and decorated with intricate blue embroidery. Her body is made up of several segments on different joints, like a ball-jointed doll.

She holds a homemade morning star[3] called "Barb." The head is made from a ball of string bristling with sharp colored pencils, and the shaft is a broken yellow ruler. Both the head and the sharp end of the handle are covered in dried blood.

Player is a half-human, half-demon. He has a thin build and pale skin, but his hands are black with pointed fingers. He has long blond hair that is tied into a ponytail. On the top of Player's head is a pair of small black rags. He wears a white shirt and brown overalls, with black boots. Player has black eyes and in the place of his left eye there is a "P" - the capital letter of his name. On Player's ears are black earrings in the shape of crosses and plus a piercing. On the right side of Player's neck is a sign "666" in red. And also has a demon tail.

The Player wears a GrabPack backpack. The GrabPack consists of three parts: a backpack-like coil pack with a retractable cable, and two arms attached to it, one blue and one red (green in Chapter 2: Web Flying). The arms are activated by triggers that fire cables. The cable is capable of conducting electricity and is used to turn on the power throughout the game. The blue arm is located on the left and is the only arm available when first acquiring the GrabPack in "Safety".

Poppy is a small and beautiful porcelain doll with white skin, she has curly red hair with a big fringe, braided into pigtails with blue bows, thin black eyebrows, long black eyelashes, big blue eyes, a small nose, freckles, red cheeks, red lips and a string on her back. After a train accident, she got a small crack on her right cheek. She wears a blue dress with white frills, a long skirt and sleeves, blue bows and ribbons, long white stockings and black ballet shoes.
