Hongjoong was a feline-hybrid alpha, and Seonghwa was a wolf-hybrid omega. They were from different packs, and packs didn't mix; it was strictly forbidden. It was abnormal to see two such different species as a couple. Hongjoong came from an impulsive pack where jealousy and control were the norm, and being aggressive and distant was commonplace. Seonghwa, on the other hand, came from a supportive, organized pack where everyone was kind and fun-loving. They were the complete opposite; in truth, they didn't even know each other, they were strangers. But fate had other plans. Hongjoong ran through the forest searching for prey, focused on his animal form. It wasn't his usual territory, since he had gone out exploring and ended up lost in a snowy forest. What the hell was a feline doing there? Hongjoong was tired; he hadn't managed to catch anything, and it was already getting dark. He simply reverted to his human form to look for a cave and spend the night there. Hongjoong hated the cold and the dampness.
