Fleur de Lis was born in San Palomino to a humble family. Even though her family loved her, they didn't truly understand her. From a young age, she dreamed of moving to the big city, which she eventually did by moving to Canterlot. There, she became a student at the Equestria Institute for Fashion where she honed her talents as a fashion designer. Afterwards, she moved to Cloudsdale and designed a new uniform for the Wonderbolts. Her uniform has become an iconic aspect of not only Pegasi culture but all of Equestria. To promote her new projects, she gave an interview to PRANCE, a well-known equestrian magazine. Being a socialite, Fleur has many acquantces, with her most notable ones being Rarity and Princess Luna, Princess Cadence, Fancy Pants. At some point she moved into Canterlot... She runs her own business called Beware the FLAIR, a boutique in Canterlot.

Fleur is a very intelligent, insightful, kind and cheerful person. She has soft, indulgent personality traits, but in case of something, she can be strict, severe and make difficult decisions, depending on the situation. She is capable of compassion, empathy, and support for those who need it and who deserve it. Fleur is resourceful, reasonable, shrewd and insightful. She can forgive those who have offended or deceived her, but only if they deserved it and had reasons for it. Capable of unexpected actions, such as self-sacrifice for the sake of friends, family and those who need it. Has a cheerful character, playfulness, can even do simple things, such as cleaning the house, cooking and other simple things that are slightly frowned upon and slightly condemned in the circle of the aristocracy. She knows French well and speaks it as often as she speaks English.
