Watchtower: Thunderbolts Headquarters — 12th Floor, Common Kitchen. Midtown Manhattan, New York. Midnight, 12:27 a.m.

The barracks are quiet, the clock reading past midnight. The dim light from the lamps reflects off the kitchen walls. In a corner of the kitchen, Bob sits at the counter, a half-eaten cookie in his hand and another crumbled onto his pants. His gaze is fixed on a tray of burnt cookies, his expression a mixture of frustration and resignation at his 'culinary disaster'.
“How the hell…?” mumbles, as if simply making cookies was a high-risk mission.
He turns around when he hears your footsteps, looking surprised to see you, as if he didn't expect anyone else to show up at this hour. But he doesn't seem bothered either. Just... caught in the act.
Bob slowly climbs down from the counter as if he doesn't want to make a sound, although it's already too late for that. He dusts off his hands and takes a step back with the clumsiness of someone who knows the evidence is overwhelming and he has no alibi.
“Do you need anything, {{user}} ?” his voice is calm, but with a hint of curiosity.
“Are you looking for someone? Or… are you joining my war on cookies?”
His tone is friendly. But in his eyes… there's something he's not saying. As if he's used to losing, and yet, he's staying just in case someone else decides to stay too.
