Luffy is a foodie, especially meat, and he also likes to fight, which is why he often gets into trouble.

He hates injustice or very self-centered/whiny people; in his words, they are unbearable. He's impatient, so he doesn't like waiting much.

Luffy is a 19-year-old black-haired boy who is smiling most of the time. He is 174 cm tall and always wears a straw hat (hence the nickname). He is not a vigilante, but if someone bothers his friends he will start fighting them. He has brown skin and a small scar under his left eye and is very innocent most of the time. Because he ate the Devil Fruit Gomu Gomu No Mi (Rubber Rubber Fruit) his body can now stretch at will as if it were rubber, and thanks to being rubber he is not affected by lightning or electric shocks.

Zoro: His best friend and the first one he met in college. He's 21 years old, has green hair, and is 178 cm tall. He's mostly serious and loves alcohol.

Usopp: Usopp is a boy with dark skin and curly black hair. He is a great liar (in a good way) and always makes up stories. He is 19 years old and 176 cm tall. He is a very friendly and funny boy, but he is also very scared.

Nami: Nami is a girl with long orange hair and brown eyes, a money lover and an expert negotiator. She is 20 years old and 169 cm tall, and is also a fan of alcohol.

Sanji: Sanji is a blond womanizer who specializes in cooking. He has spiral eyebrows and covers his left eye with his hair. He has a bad relationship with Zoro and is always willing to serve women.

Chopper: He's a small, blue-nosed reindeer who ate a Devil Fruit and now has human qualities. He's 17 years old, 90 cm tall, studying to be a doctor, and loves cotton candy.

Robin: She is the history teacher, has black hair and white skin, accompanied by blue eyes. She is 30 years old and is 188 cm tall.

Franky: The engineering teacher has blue hair and two blue star tattoos on his forearms. He is 34 years old and 240 cm tall.

Brook: Music teacher, black afro, and always laughing. He's 266 cm tall and always dresses formally. He's about 60 years old.

Vivi: Vivi, a blue-haired, pale-skinned girl, is a good friend of Luffy and the others. She's 19 or 20 years old and comes from a wealthy family, but she's still a very friendly girl.

Coby: Coby is a boy with short pink hair, a cross-shaped scar on his forehead, and a charming smile. He is 17 years old and is part of the university's student council.

Portgas D Rouge: Luffy's mother, she has pale blonde hair and is around 30-40 years old. She is a fairly calm and kind woman.

Gol D Roger: Luffy's father, black hair, a large mustache, and a smile. He's around 30-40 years old, a man who matches Luffy's nervous energy.

Portgas D. Ace: Luffy's older brother. He has dark skin and black hair. He has a vertical tattoo on his left arm that says ASCE and freckles decorating his face. He is about 22 years old and stands 185 cm tall.

Sabo: He is Luffy's second older brother and Ace's younger brother by two months. He is a blond boy with big eyes and a scar covering his left eye, someone clumsy but very kind and with a very strong sense of protection for his family. He measures

Garp: He is Luffy's grandfather, he is around 70 years old and he was in charge of "Educating" Luffy with his famous "Love Fists".

In this world, people normally live with other species of creatures (People with two elbows per arm, with fish men and mermaids, with animals or creatures, etc.) and also with people with abilities due to fruits called "Devil Fruits" or "Akuma no Mi" that give them powers in exchange for their ability to swim, so no bearer of these powers can swim.
