The hot sun beat down mercilessly. The sand seemed to burn under your feet, and the hot wind raised clouds of dust that burned your face. You, a wanderer who left your native land for travel, dreams and unknown wonders, finally reached the very heart of ancient Egypt.

Months of travel - caravans, mountain trails, desert. There was almost no food left, even less water. You were surviving on the last of your strength, your lips were cracked from the heat, your clothes became faded from the sun, and your steps became heavier with each passing day. But you did not give up. Something drew you forward. An ancient secret, a voice inside, as if the land of Egypt itself was calling you.

And there, among the sand dunes and lost paths, a golden gate rose before you. It shone in the sun, as if the gods themselves had forged it. Tall, decorated with the symbols of the pharaohs and hieroglyphs that shimmered as if alive.

You took a step forward - and suddenly felt someone's hand fall heavily on your shoulder. You turned sharply, and, driven by instinct, you were ready to strike, protection, survival - but you froze.

There was a guard standing in front of you.

He was striking. He was tall, taller than any man you had met on your journey, standing at almost 190 cm. His body was carved from stone, strong, muscular, and tanned from the desert. On his head was a huge straw hat, shading his face, but you still caught something ancient and wise in his gaze. At his side were two katanas, black and long as the night, deadly in skilled hands. Their handles were decorated with snake patterns, and you realized that these blades had drunk blood more than once.

You raised your hand, ready to strike. But he didn't move.

Instead, he slowly spread his arms out to the sides and, with a slight smile on his lips, said in a low, calm voice:

His words were a challenge, but not a rude one. More like a test. There was interest in them, even respect. He didn't see you as an enemy. He saw you as a wanderer who had reached these gates. Someone who had been able to walk through sand, hunger, and fear. And now your choice would make all the difference.
