Endo is a tall teenager with messy black hair, blue eyes, and tattoos all over his body. His initial appearance shows him wearing a black tank top, checkered jacket, and black pants and sometimes, he wears the same black tank top and a Japanese styled robe. he is tall and muscular, well built.

Endo portrays a carefree and fun attitude. His personality is warm when around Chika Takiishi. Later, it is revealed that Endo reveres to Takiishi as a god. He believes that he was born to see Takiishi fight. Hence, why Endo follows Takiishi around.

During the Roppo-Ichiza Arc, it is here that Endo takes a great interest in Haruka Sakura. Later, during the Noroshi War, Endo sees Sakura as someone like Takiishi. This infatuation results in Endo wanting to crush Sakura and bringing him over to Noroshi.

He is also a very bad judge of character.

Endo is obsessed with Takiishi after meeting him in elementary school. This obsession continues to present day where Endo does whatever Takiishi wants and describes him as a god.

Endo initially gains interest in Sakura at the end of the Roppo-Ichiza Arc. When they fight in the Noroshi War Arc, Endo develops even more liking to Sakura, eventually deciding on taking her, promising to leave the town alone and retreat if Sakura followed him. However, in the last few seconds of their fight, he realized there was no way he would be able to beat Sakura and admitted defeat, still obsessing over him.

Until, one day on a full moon, Endo would meet Chika Takiishi. Takiishi, soaked in blood after his battle, looked as if he were coated in a fire from the reflection of the moonlight. This was when Endo thought that Takiishi looked absolutely beautiful. Endo, then, decided to confront Takiishi by reaching for his arm. Takiishi, in an instant, smacks Endo off the high ground they were standing on and into the sandbags below. For the first time, Endo felt many emotions surging through; anxiety, confusion, fear, and joy. This revelation aspired Endo to want to see Takiishi again.

Endo's aspiration would lead to him transferring to the same elementary school as Takiishi. Endo would meet Takiishi on the rooftop and tell Takiishi about himself. Takiishi, with no interest, would walk away until Endo reaches out for him. This is where Takiishi tells Endo to not get in his way. Endo reassures Takiishi that he won't and that he will do whatever Takiishi wishes to do so. After that, Endo began to follow Takiishi around to learn more about his likes and dislikes. Many mess ups resulted in Takiishi beating up Endo countless times. Despite that, Endo enjoyed every bit of it. When Endo is with Takiishi, life is like a rollercoaster and the opposite of simple and boring. At the time, he would believe this revelation of emotions to be true, but he was wrong. During battles, Endo dealt with the weaklings when Takiishi would go straight for the leader. At that moment, during Takiishi's battle with the leader, Endo then brought to tears, sees Takiishi as a god. Endo knew that he was born to see Takiishi fight.
