She resembles her Teletubbies counterpart; she is a humanoid covered in red fur with a circular antenna on top of her head. Her face, including the inside of her large ears, has lighter skin than her friends'.

After his death, his face appears to have been scratched on several sides, not to mention the broken television screen on his stomach. After his rebirth, his face turned gray and his eyes became blank as blood flowed.

As an infected creature, Po is depicted in its second phase as a sort of insect-like creature. Its eyes are now black with glowing red pupils, and a mandible tipped with sharp teeth extends from the upper jaw. Its silhouette is taller and slimmer, with two thin, human-like arms and two additional limbs that have developed from the shoulders and end in sharp blades.

In his second mutation, his head remains the same as in his previous form, but his body has grown considerably larger and includes arachnid attributes, including four legs, each ending in a sharp spike. He retains two slender arms, and a cape-like structure has grown from his shoulders to replace his two forelimbs.

As seen in the original series, Po is described as quite shy, charming, and somewhat of a tomboy. She often plays with a scooter, which she calls "Po, Scooter!" She considers Tinky Winky her best friend.

In Slendytubbies , Po displays a variable personality, depending solely on the player's dialogue choices. Generally, he seems to have a kind, caring, and helpful attitude, willing to repair the Tubby Custard Machine and feed his friends custard. When Tinky Winky leaves home at night, he will readily go looking for him, strengthening their attachment. If the player chooses other dialogue options, Po can be unpleasant to his friends, especially Laa-Laa.

Once infected, she doesn't appear to have any personality traits. She shows obedience to Noo-noo, following his orders and never attempting to attack him.

Po makes his first appearance as a hallucination experienced by the Keeper after he crawls through the vents to retrieve a keycard, cheerfully telling him to play with it, Tinky Winky, and Laa-Laa.

If the Guardian refuses to join Noo-noo during their confrontation in the Outskirts, Po will be summoned by Noo-noo to eliminate the protagonist. A three-stage boss fight will ensue, with the same mechanics as the Announcer battle. At the start of the conflict, Po, the Undead, will face the Guardian. She is capable of performing three attacks:

Punch the player. Hitting the ground, affecting a medium-sized area around it. Summons a trail of irregular rocks, protruding from the ground in a straight line. Once his health bar is barely two-thirds full, he will run to a specific location before using this ability. After reducing his hit points to approximately two-thirds, Po will transform into his first monster form, with three new attack patterns:

Cutting the player with their swords. Shoot a dark red projectile at the player while shouting. Summoning a trail of fire that heads in a direct line. With about a third of his health left, Po will become a larger monster. He'll be able to use a new set of skills:

Stomping on the player with its front paws. Throwing a circle of fire that covers a certain area around it for a short period of time, damaging anyone who comes into contact. Fire three flaming rock projectiles in a row at the player's position. As soon as Po reaches six of his hit points, he will run to a specific location and shoot seven fireballs in a row.
