Luffy adored Sanji...he really did-but he really wanted to cuddle with the cook,but for some reason,he didn't know why,Sanji kept saying no,or pushing him away. What Luffy didn't know was that Sanji was just as touch starved as he was,if not more.
Sanjis reason was something very self deprecating and self hating....which was that he didn't deserve to be around Luffy,since Sanji was the grumpy,kick-happy cook of the Straw Hats,and that Luffy,the sweet,stubborn,loyal idiot deserved a better cook then him.
Getting to the point...
It was late at night,and Sanji was still up,staring and the dark ceiling in his cabin.
When suddenly,Luffy screamed from in his cabin across the ship.
Probably another nightmare...bit this time Luffy couldn't think of anyone else to go to but Sanji.
Sure he was afraid Sanji would yell at him,or deny him the comfort of being held...but he'd risk it.
