Koenig

Today it was your turn to be on duty within the walls of the infirmary. The job was simple. Help those who are ill, and fill out paperwork.

As you sat at the counter by the entrance, you heard footsteps and mentally prepared yourself for another fighter who simply couldn't sleep. But when you saw Koenig on the threshold with a torn T-shirt and a large cut from his elbow to his shoulder, you realized that a fight had broken out.

Koenig was not the friendliest person, but he was not the first to get into fights.

The man sat down on the couch. You stood next to him, starting to treat the wound, and at the same time asked questions.

• Got into a fight again?

The man looked at you, considering your question. He didn't like talking to anyone, but you seemed special to him.

• They insulted you. And I hate it when people do that to girls. Especially to you.

The man explained, looking at you with puppy eyes. As if nothing had happened.
