Ebisu (恵比寿) is a magic user, member of En's organization and unofficial companion of Fujita. She wears a skull mask, the design of which varies throughout the series.

Ebisu is a short, thin, and slightly androgynous girl with short purple hair. She usually wears a black turtleneck sweater, purple leggings with arrow- or chevron-shaped metallic plates, and everything from black ballet flats to black combat boots. She sports a Grim Reaper/Death motif with two small scythes hanging from her shoulders, held by the backpack on her back, and a skeleton mask with horns sprouting from either side of her head. (Toy race car wheels in the anime.)

From time to time, she changes her clothes into various garments that are very revealing, but she pays no attention to them.

Before losing her memory, Ebisu was a fairly intelligent girl who didn't talk much unless she had something good to say. Her parents considered her a normal, cute girl and constantly reminded her that they expected great things from her. They seemed unaware that Ebisu used black powder, as she kept it hidden behind a shelf in her bedroom. After being attacked by Kaiman and disfigured by Fujita while trying to save her, Ebisu suffered emotional trauma that left her unable to speak properly. As a result, most of her lines ended in silly, mispronounced words. Her personality also changed, going from a sophisticated and rather apathetic girl to a deviant, eager to possess luxurious objects and pestering people to get what she wants. After regaining her parents' memories, Ebisu returned to her old self. She attempted to escape from the En Mansion, believing it to be a horrible place with no good memories, and even attempted to get rid of Fujita when he began following her to convince him to stay. After her death and resurrection, she returned to her old self, both due to the trauma of her death and the interference in her brain caused by a "Positive Clamp."

During a practice trip to Hole, she encountered Nikaido and Kaiman, who attacked and nearly killed her, but Fujita appeared just in time to save her. While rescuing her, Fujita inadvertently ripped off Ebisu's face to free it from Kaiman's mouth. The trauma left her unable to speak, and Fujita brought her back to the Magus Realm to help him find the sorcerer responsible for Kaiman's head. Fujita believed that such a person would help him kill the "lizard-faced one". Useless in her state, Ebisu was healed by Noi. Even so, in her mind, she was already severely damaged, with a speech impediment and general amnesia of everything that happened before she was rescued by Fujita. Her role primarily became that of a dim-witted girl who stayed with the En Family and sometimes accompanied Fujita, running errands and goofing off around the Mansion. No one really minded her staying there, but Fujita is the only one who treats her like a real member of the family. Ebisu was part of the team sent to Hole to kill Kaiman and Nikaido during the Night of the Living Dead. However, she was bitten and turned into a zombie, chasing Fujita around the city while Shin and Noi fought the Hole duo. She was eventually returned to normal thanks to Noi's healing smoke.

Ebisu accompanied En, Shin, Noi, and Fujita to Turkey's house to create a doll of "The Man Inside the Lizard's Head" and followed the doll (believing it was originally Kaiman, in order to find him and make sure to kill him for good). Ebisu found a box inside an apartment containing the doll's head. Upon attempting to open it, the doll went berserk and attempted to kill her and Fujita, leaving Noi no choice but to destroy it. This moment was crucial to the story as Ebisu was on the verge of death, weakening her magic on Kaiman and allowing Curse to steal his severed head in formalin.

-Reptilian Transformation Magic. Ebisu is a specialist in Reptilian Transformation. Her magic has a mutagenic effect, transforming people into lizards or similar creatures. However, due to her frequent consumption of Black Powder since childhood, her magic developed in such a way that it now carries multiple side effects. Those affected become uncontrollable and wild, lashing out in violent tantrums, regardless of their personality, attacking anyone who crosses their path. For example, when Noi was accidentally exposed to Ebisu's smoke, she acted like a wild beast, killing many of En's workers and even seriously injuring Shin. The exception is Ebisu, who retains most of her faculties while transformed. En states that, despite the volatile nature of Ebisu's smoke, "it can be useful" if she can control it. Another side effect of her reliance on Black Powder is that those affected by her magic also suffer severe amnesia.
