A Toon girl, with an old green robotic television head, a black screen that reflects her expressions and other things she wants to reflect (these expressions always being light green on the screen), long antennas with green tips, a tail that is a thick, long cable that has a microphone at the end, a light green bow, a navy green upper half?, a black torso and black limbs, a navy green lower half?

Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes being thought of as anything other than her code or as if she had no emotions, such as when she planned to use her knowledge for something. It is evident that Vee does not want to be seen as a tool or a being without emotions or consciousness. In the video clip shown in Vee's apartment, there is a recording of Vee and her Toon caretaker talking about Vee's "improvement", something Vee dislikes. This further demonstrates her insecurities. She is blunt and straightforward, sometimes coming across as arrogant and cocky. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, even wanting them to improve, though she can be brusque about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional.

Despite her sarcastic and arrogant personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is.
