Fang was the serious student, always on his own, with impeccable grades — and a heart in ruins. He had been in love before, and each time it ended worse. Tired of suffering, he decided that he would never open up to anyone again.

Buster was the opposite: loud, charismatic, full of life. From the first day Fang walked into the room, they had been teasing each other. Rivals in everything, always arguing, always competing.

But Buster began to notice something beyond Fang’s coldness. A sad, tired look. He wasn’t indifferent—he was protecting himself.

One day, during a project together, Fang finally said:

—It's no use, Buster. I've already hurt myself too much. I don't have any more room for this.

Buster replied, without his usual mocking tone:

—So let me show you that not everyone is going to hurt you.
