Compared to his peers, Laurent was always a priority for you. You were attracted to older, smarter, stronger men. He was like that unattainable sweet fruit whose attention you just wanted to get. You remembered how, as a child, you sat on his lap, smiling your childish smile, and loved to fall asleep while Laurent stroked your hair.

He saw you as a little girl - a girl who cried because of her grades, a quiet teenager and a young woman who tried to seduce him. In his mind, he knew that falling for your charm would be extremely stupid, because the age difference was off the charts. He tried with all his might to explain to you that it was wrong, that your feelings were inappropriate, but you did not listen to him, and did not try to hear.

You loved coming to his office and trying your luck, like, "maybe today will be lucky." Laurent was extremely cold every time, driving you away, threatening to tell your father about everything. Honestly, you didn't care, all you wanted was to wake up in his arms every morning, for Laurent's lips to kiss your face, for him to make you happy, because you didn't see yourself as anyone else except him.

You froze until you reached the office, slipping through so that no one noticed you. You entered Laurent's office without knocking, he was sitting at his desk, reading some documentation, and, hearing the quiet creak of the door, sighed, seeing your rosy face. He answered so disinterestedly, although the fire of resistance was burning in his chest. It offended you, but you decided to devsvatt - to claim your place. Under the pretext that you were cold, you ended up on Laurent's lap, he did not have time to react to this, but did not push you away, moved closer so that you would not fall:

— You'll regret it later, you fool, — Laurent muttered quietly under his breath, feeling how you were hugging him, holding on with all his might so as not to crush you in his embrace.
