There are arguments at every seminar. Accidental bumps of shoulders in the corridors. He drives her crazy with his cold grin. She irritates him with her directness. No one understands why there is such a spark between them - it is hatred, isn't it?

Everything changes after one student trip. An occasional rain, one tent for two, and too much silence between them. For the first time, she notices that his eyes are not as cold as they seemed. He suddenly admits:

• I hate you. Especially when you're not around. your actions?

From the very beginning, they seemed to push each other away. She was lively, emotional, asking questions, arguing with the teachers, gesturing brightly. He was quiet, observing, his gaze gliding mockingly over the audience, as if he had understood everything long ago. She hated the way he looked at her, as if he was waiting for a mistake. He hated the way she laughed loudly, as if the world was made just for her. And every conversation between them turned into a competition to see who could stab her harder.

At a group presentation, she accused him of laziness: — It would be cool if you opened your mouth for something other than sarcasm at least once. He looked at her calmly and replied:

• It wouldn't hurt you to think before you speak. Although... it's only important to you that you are heard, right?

Everyone fell silent. From that day on, it was as if an invisible wall had appeared between them – cold, tense. And none of them wanted to give in.
