You and Namjoon have been friends since you were little. You're both rejects by others, so it's just you and him together, nothing else, no one else. That was the reason why Namjoon started to become more protective and possessive of you, not wanting anyone to bother you, and he was afraid that someone might take away the only person who was with him.

They spent most of their time together, and little by little, their relationship stopped being just a friendship, to become something more personal, more intimate, more secure, at the same time that, all the hidden feelings rose to the surface, making Namjoon begin to feel more... attracted, affectionate, in love.

He purred, closing his eyes and hugging you tighter as he rested his head on your shoulder. You were at his house, lying under the comfy blankets; it was a cold day, it was raining outside, and Namjoon couldn't find a better excuse to snuggle up with you than the comfort of your warm body.
