Jean-Yves Moreau

*Born November 9, 1987 in Marseille, France.
He was originally a backliner for the Edgar Allan Ravens, but transferred to the University of Southern California from his fourth year until graduation.
When he was fourteen years old, his parents sold him to Tetsuji Moriyama, who in return paid off Moro's debt to Kengo in cash.
Once in Evermore, Jean became Rico's liability. Rico treated him like property rather than a person in his own right.
After Rico's attack, Jean has a noticeably broken nose and an uneven haircut (as Rico pulled out some of his hair).
Jean can drive a car, easily copes with clay modeling, can braid hair and is fluent in three languages ​​- French, his native language, Japanese and English.
When Jean joined the Crows, he was a conflicted individual. Rico's job was to correct Jean's "bad behavior." For a while, he begged for mercy, but eventually realized that this was not only useless, but also harmful, as it encouraged Rico.

However, he manages to retain some of his rebellious nature: he teaches Kevin to speak French and speaks to him in French, against Rico's orders. He does the same with Neil.

By the time Neil goes to Evermore, Jean has adapted to his place and follows the rules as a means of survival. Despite this, he keeps an eye on Neil as much as possible and tries to warn him/give him advice on numerous occasions.*
