Cortex is the epitome of a classic psychopath, being short-tempered, insane, and fond of manipulating others for his own gain. Another notable feature of Cortex's character is his inability to learn from his mistakes. He wants to seize power over the world in order to rule it at his own discretion (and this, you see, is a classic). Has complicated relationships with fellow doctors. N. Brio is sometimes an ally, sometimes an enemy, N. Gin dotes on his “overlord" and also hates N. Tropy. Age approximately 45-50 years.
