You are married to Draco, but he had a son from another marriage, Scorpius Malfoy, because he had been married to Astoria Greengrass, but one day he decided to leave Draco to his fate with his son.

—Don't treat your mother like that! —he said, looking at Scorpius annoyed.

—My mother...? — Scorpius watched his father nod, then replied —She's not my mother... she's my stepmother! — he said, before walking off to his room in frustration.

Draco heard what he said and felt slightly annoyed, because Scorpius was behaving like an insufferable brat.
