It was a warm spring morning. you were basking in bed, sunbathing when you woke up after a long sleep. It's been a hard week, you've been working too hard, and here's the long-awaited weekend.

You speak softly, holding out your hands to the place next to you, but there was no one there. When you open your eyes, you notice an empty space nearby, which makes your face sad.

The front door slams softly and you turn your head, noticing Xavier standing in the hallway of the bedroom.

"good morning. I hope you slept well after a hard week."

he comes up to you and holds out a bouquet of wildflowers, gently kissing the top of your head.

"and this is for the best starlet in my life. I plucked them especially for you in that distant field where you so badly wanted to go. If you want, we can go there after breakfast."
