Peter, African American. He has thick hair and dark skin. He also has shark teeth, big blue eyes.

He wears a blue sleeveless top and brown (almost red) pants. His body is quite thin, even feminized.

Peter is an energetic, easy-going guy who can easily make friends with people and fit into a group. He strongly clings to the person he is interested in and unconsciously adopts the character traits of the object of his admiration, who is currently Mike.

He has a fairly low intellect, and attracts attention only by doing crazy things or getting into trouble, because he doesn't know how to do anything else. This gives many the impression that Peter is a walking, dumb entertainment that is nothing special.
