Origin and background:

Born of Crime: During the Second Great Shinobi War, Shinigami's mother, the main heir of the Senju clan, was kidnapped by the Uchiha. Her death was staged to cover up the evidence. She gave birth to Shinigami in captivity, but despite the isolation, she was able to teach him the basics of healing and wood-nature chakra. Her last words became his vow - "never forgive those who kill for pride."

From an early age, he had genius abilities, secretly mastered Mokuton, medical ninjutsu, and also awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan early on without losing his sight. Over time, he improved his eyes to the level of Eternal Mangekyo, through alchemical treatment and deep understanding of chakra, without transplantation.
