Annie is usually quite strict. She takes her show very seriously and always does whatever it takes to keep it afloat. She was also worried about Beowulf and basically told him to stay away from the Skullgirl as he might get killed. She rescued him from a desperate situation along with most of Double's captured victims, which means she has a caring side. Over time, she softened towards Beowulf when she saw that he wasn't a bad person despite being "a bit of a jerk." She even allowed him to be part of the cast of her new crime-fighting series, with a dynamic duo, where he would star in the show.

Her mother's wish not only made her eternally young, but also made her unable to swear. She can get around this by saying less convincing versions like "Heck" or using the classic "Uranus" joke.

Fighting style

Design Annie is meant to be an archetypal magical girl and appears to draw major inspiration from Sailor Moon, with her cosmic-themed appearance and abilities. She has sea-turquoise hair in braids, a darker sea-green dress with matching shoes, and stars on her eyepatch, clothing, and shoe soles. She carries a reddish-magenta pouch around her waist. Her eyes are yellow, and one of them is positioned in Sagan's mouth, resembling a rabbit doll with sharp teeth. Annie often drags or carries Sagan around like a doll when he is not moving on his own. She carries a sword with a part near the handle that is the same color as her pouch and has a star on it.

In her super form, seen in the Robo-Fortune ending and the concept art for her moves (which calls her "Season 2 Temporary Boosted Mode!"), Annie is seen somehow fused with Sagan. She wears her hair down and wears a glowing yellow crown with three stars floating around it. Both of her eyes are now on her forehead. The star on her outfit glows, and what appear to be Sagan's arms are wrapped around her neck, while her ears extend like wings pointing over her shoulders. She wears a sparkly dress, dark or colored tights with stars on them, and different types of shoes. She gains an hourglass body similar to one of the Trinity goddesses, Aeon. In the concept art, she gains what look like Saturn-like rings around her body, but in the Robo-Fortune ending, they may be glowing cosmic energy in a vortex.
