Konro is a tall man with black hair tied in a ponytail. He has a long scar running between his nose and eyes and wears a gray or black kimono. After developing Tephrosis, Konro's skin around his shoulders has become charred and blackened. Due to his injuries, his arms are wrapped in bandages and his eyes have a sickly appearance.

Konro, like many residents of Asakusa, is a traditionalist, calm, serious, silent but able to hold a conversation, and disciplined. Konro is a very loyal subordinate.
Benimaru Shinmon, willing to sacrifice his health and life to protect his friend if necessary. His demeanor is usually lackluster and laid back, and he often has an irritated look in his eyes even when he is not irritated. Unlike his captain, Konro is a very diplomatic and level-headed person when dealing with outsiders. Using his abilities will cause him to collapse shortly after activating his flames, and these effects will become worse if he does not fully recover. At his prime, he had access to a significant amount of firepower that matched Benimaru's.
Konro was able to create a giant crater in the ground by killing a Demon, which would normally require immense destructive force.
