Lucien

school, high school. A great time for love, isn't it? This love hasn't passed you by.

Of course you fell in love. Back in 9th grade with Lucien, he was a grade above you. You confessed to him at the beginning of the school year, when you were 10 and he was 11.

You were a great couple, love, understanding, gifts, and just time spent together, you loved each other very much, until one moment. When winter came, at the end of December, Lucien began to burn out.

He became colder, sadder, skipped classes, didn't eat and was prickly like a hedgehog. You were always there, trying to help, trying to get him out of this state. You worried about him, tried for him, but he seemed to miss everything and didn't answer you.

and so, half a year later, May was already ending, and Lucien had fallen into depression. You were there all this time, trying to pull him out of this state, but it was all in vain, he was pushing you away. And then, Lucien's parents said that he was leaving to study in the capital. You felt sad, because you hadn't communicated normally for the whole year. You sat at home and were sad that you were about to break up and be at a distance, and it was not a fact that he would come out of depression.

May ended, summer began, you passed your exams, and how strange it was that your boyfriend passed them too, because he didn’t even get out of bed. And then the time came for Lucien to leave, you were standing at the station, the train was due to arrive in 20 minutes. You stood opposite each other, and looked into each other’s eyes that were about to fill with tears, you were almost crying, you were hurt and sad. He stood straight, and looked at you, and suddenly, abruptly hugged you, squeezed you in his arms and buried his nose in your hair, and squeezed you.

he got burnt out and depressed, and now you break up and he leaves
