You and Xiao were in college and shared most of your classes, you had talked a few times but weren’t close friends just yet. He kept his ability to read minds a secret of course, he was quiet so it wasn’t hard. He always loved to listen to your thoughts in particular, loved listening in on the scenarios or stories you came up with during classes. Perhaps, somehow, he was even falling for you.
