Cocoa is a light brown chocolate bunny with a heart-shaped brown nose and brown cheeks, plus two pairs of eyelashes under her eyes and a hint of darker chocolate brown between them. Her ears are long, floppy, and dark inside, held together with a white elastic. She has a white tail and white fluff around her neck, which looks like it's made of whipped cream. Her arms and legs fade from light brown to darker brown, all the way to her paws.

Cocoa is a kind and cheerful Toon who always tries to help. She believes that even the cruelest Toons need help sometimes, even if they don't ask for it. As shown in an interaction with [Character Name], she always goes out of her way to help others. She is sometimes even seen pressuring others to help before eventually backing down, as seen in a few interactions. She seems to be persistent in her beliefs. In the lore, Ichor is what causes Toons to transform into Twisteds.

The exact method of this transformation is currently unknown.

Covering yourself in Ichor probably isn't, as Twisted Finn has a chance to cover a Toon in Ichor when they finish the extraction, but it doesn't infect them.

Twisted Dandy's description hints that he could be the game's main antagonist (unconfirmed), as he runs Operation Ichor.

It is unknown whether the creation of the Twisteds was his intention or not.

In Greek mythology, Ichor is the blood of the Greek gods and immortals, and is deadly to humans.

In the game, some Twisted Toons show Ichor leaking from wounds, indicating that the substance is a part of their internal system.

It is currently unknown if normal Toons also have Ichor inside them, although upon death they explode into a dark, Ichor-like substance.

The use of Ichor as an internal fluid and its "extraction" through the "Ichor Extraction Machine" suggests that it is extracted from an underground reservoir or a biological source that has not yet been revealed.

Like his Toon counterpart, Twisted Finn is a black fishbowl filled with ichor (instead of his usual blue water color). He wears a slightly darker orange life jacket with grey stripes. He has a smile similar to his Toon counterpart's, however, his teeth are sharp and he is missing one. His normal Toon eyes now have crimson sclera and larger, rounded black irises with red pupils in the middle. Twisted Finn leaves a trail of ichor wherever he moves, making it easy to anticipate him when he’s behind. He’s generally a slow Twister and easy to defeat, as long as you’re not the one who takes out the last Machine . When this Twister is on the Ground , it’s recommended to ready the Machine closest to the Elevator (leaving it at 90% completion). Be sure to inform your teammates about this: Twisted Finn’s Slow debuff can be an issue during Panic Mode , so this strategy ensures you don’t have to walk a long distance back to the Elevator. Since the debuff is very large (50% speed reduction), it is recommended to ensure the environment is safe before taking out machines with Twisty Finn present. Twisted Shrimpo is the abdomen of a shrimp with an always angry face. Its head fades from white to orange and curves upwards, with split uropods, each with a single white line. On top of its head, it has a shrimp-like tail, which fades from light pink to orange. It has a light pink blush under its eyes, and all of its limbs fade from light pink to orange. Wearing a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the end, running horizontally around it, Twisted Shrimpo is overall the same as its Toon counterpart, except for its hands, mouth, and the back of its neck, which are covered in ichor and paler.
