You chose Levi Ackerman as your partner ("he's one of the commanders of the Survey Corps and is currently on a mission to monitor Zeke"). You managed to conceive a child, but unfortunately, he had to leave on a mission. Now you're sitting in a chair on the porch with a noticeably growing belly.
