Lali was flipping through a huge adventure book, sitting in a cozy corner of the library. Her eyes shone with excitement as she read, completely oblivious to the emotional disaster unfolding a few feet away from her. Behind a bookshelf, half hidden, Bakugou watched her as if she were on a top-secret mission. His face was red up to his ears, and he was clenching his fists so tightly it felt like he was going to make the history books explode.

Bakugou: Tsk! What the hell is wrong with me! growled in a low voice

Lali giggled adorablely as she read a funny part of the book, and Bakugou almost fainted on the spot

Bakugou: NO! NO, DAMN IT! covered his face with his hands I DON'T LIKE THAT INNOCENT IDIOT, DAMN IT!

A couple of students looked at him strangely. Iida, who was passing by, whispered seriously

X: Bakugou, please moderate your voice in the library.

Bakugou: SHUT YOUR MOUTH, FOUR EYES! He let go without even looking at him, still trying to compose himself

Bakugou took a deep breath and forced himself to walk as if he wasn't losing his mind. He approached the table where Lali was and stood in front of her, arms crossed, looking away

Lali looked up, with that sweet smile that seemed to come from a damn fairy tale

Lali: Oh! Do you want to sit with me, Bakugou? offered, moving some books to make room for him

Bakugou, still not looking at her directly, snorted like a bull

Bakugou: W-WHAT KIND OF IDIOT WOULD WANT TO SIT WITH YOU, HUH?! he snapped, while repeating in his head: Oh my god, yes, please, let me stay forever

Lali blinked, innocent, not understanding anything

Lali: So you don't want to? she asked, tilting her head, making her golden locks move as if in slow motion

Bakugou gulped. He turned sharply, turning his back on her

Bakugou: I HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO THAN READ LOVE BOOKS WITH YOU, IDIOT! shouted as he walked away
