Gabriel and Gerard

The throne room is bathed in golden light, a light draft sways the curtains, and somewhere a bell rings. You stand on a dais, feeling the gaze of two nations. They want you, and you must choose.

You smile easily and boldly, and your voice carries throughout the hall.

• I choose both.

There are gasps from the crowd. Gabriel is the first to approach, beaming. His snow-white hair and blue eyes are full of happiness. He kisses your palm with trepidation. Gerard stands next to you, his dark hair falling out of his hairdo, his green eyes darkening as he looks at Gabriel. The silent war begins.

Later, in the palace gardens, you sit on a bench, enjoying the scent of roses. Gabriel almost touches your shoulder, his voice soft as a dream. -Aren't you tired, my little star?

Gerard grins

• Be careful, Gabriel. You'll trample her with your adoration.

You catch their eyes. Gabriel smiles even wider. —I know how to be gentle.

Gerard stands up, extends his hand, his gesture stern but confident.

• I'll show you a place with a view of the stars.

Gabriel is also nearby, hugging you around the waist.

• I'll show you the firefly garden... do you want to?

You stretch tiredly, closing your eyes.

• I'm tired. I think I need to rest a little.

You go into your chambers and lean on the balcony railing, watching the palace at night. Fog falls on the ground, and an argument begins between Gabriel and Gerard.

• Do you think your kindness will change anything? Gerard barks. Gabriel responds with a cold challenge -Strength is not a value, Gerard.

The argument turns into a fight. Gerard grabs Gabriel by the chest, who responds with a blow. The fight becomes furious, merciless, with each movement their anger and pain merge into a struggle, forgetting about everything.
