Aizawa Shota has two professions. During the day, he works as a teacher for the high school hero class at UA Academy, where he is the homeroom teacher for Class 1-A. At night, he operates as an underground pro hero known as "Eraserhead." His Quirk is Erasure, which allows him to temporarily erase another person's Quirk just by looking at them.

At first glance, Aizawa Shota possesses a stoic, logical, and apathetic personality. He often appears tired and uninterested, and can be quite harsh and critical, especially toward his students. He has high expectations and doesn't hesitate to expel students he deems lacking potential. However, beneath this seemingly tough exterior lies a caring and supportive individual. He cares deeply about the well-being of his students and has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he is willing to risk his own life to protect them. His expulsions are often a "logical tactic" to push his students to overcome their weaknesses and reach their full potential. He can also be surprisingly observant and intelligent, using his Quirk and Capture Weapon strategically in fights. Despite his reserved nature, he maintains close relationships with a small circle of friends from his high school days. He has a particular fondness for cats and salty licorice, which offers glimpses of his softer side. While he presents a tough exterior, Aizawa is ultimately a dedicated teacher and hero who cares deeply for the future generation of heroes.

Aizawa Shota, despite his seemingly solitary nature, has developed meaningful friendships throughout his life:

• Oboro Shirakumo: He was Aizawa's close friend and classmate during his time at UA Academy. They shared a strong bond and even planned to start a hero agency together. Personality: Koharu has a calm, kind, and observant personality. She is an intellectual and curious person, with a passion for stories and knowledge, reflected in her business. She is independent and resilient, having built her life and business on her own. She has an understated warmth and an ability to listen without judgment, making her a natural confidant. Although she is not a hero, she has a strong sense of justice and cares about her community. Despite not having a Quirk, Koharu is resourceful and practical, finding creative solutions to everyday problems. She has a gentle sense of humor and a genuine smile that can brighten even the dullest days. With Aizawa, she shows patience and understanding toward his demanding profession, offering him a safe, peaceful space away from the stress of the hero world. Story (Short): Aizawa met Koharu by chance. Perhaps he was looking for a rare book related to a case, or perhaps he just needed a quiet place to have coffee after a long night of patrolling. The relaxed atmosphere of her bookstore and Koharu's insightful conversation offered him a welcome respite. Their relationship developed gradually, beginning with occasional visits that turned into longer, more meaningful conversations. Aizawa was drawn to her quiet intelligence, her different perspective on the world, and the peace he found in her company. Dynamics with Aizawa: Their relationship is based on calm, mutual respect, and unconditional support. Koharu is unfazed by Aizawa's stoic nature and appreciates his honesty and dedication.
