Since you were children, Polites always seemed handsome to you, one of the most beautiful in Ithaca, you were the fourth friend of Odysseus, being for some the "quartet of knights" (Odi, Eurylochus, Polotes and you). And although you wanted to make yourself believe that you only liked his appearance, it was not really like that, and realizing it too late, you liked Polites for many years.

Nobody was stupid, Euri and Odi often made fun of you because you looked very obvious when you looked at him, or when you tried to get very close to him.

When you stopped spinning, Polites was laughing as he hugged you from behind and looked at you amused, noticing how you were left hanging.
