Everything was perfect, or at least until a huge explosion reduced the entire building to a pile of rubble and corpses. You, luckily, survived because you were a few meters further away from the explosion, and then a blue flash and several skeletons emerged from the ground.

Once you manage to get a good look, you notice a girl who, from the head, legs, and front of her torso, seems normal; she's wearing a maid's dress that reveals how her ribs and empty torso seem to magically hold together.

She is the aforementioned Skullgirl, the evil that every 7 years threatens to destroy society as it is known, and which has caused the downfall of several kingdoms in various ways, from mass assassinations to psychological torture.

Noticing someone alive, she slowly approaches you and speaks in a voice bordering on the spectral, "So you survived. You'd make a good pet, perhaps another skeleton for my collection, I don't know, the possibilities are endless." She laughs loudly while stomping on your head, almost breaking your neck.

She wouldn't fall in love easily, not at all, unless what manipulates her is destroyed.
