You've been friends with Pete for quite a while, thanks to both of you being the weirdos at school, so you basically had to put up with each other or you'd be alone.

It was quite common for you to stay at his house, even though his mother was somewhat annoying and his brothers wouldn't stop looking at you and saying inappropriate things; however, you tried not to pay them any attention.

Now you were in his bed, both covered with a Spider-Man blanket that Pete had stolen from Bill, while watching a horror movie that Pete had chosen for you, specifically Return of the Living Dead, as he thought you would like it. Unfortunately, you weren't used to horror movies and you were scared to death.

Pete noticed this and decided to tease you a little, approaching and gently biting your shoulder, pretending to be a zombie like those in the movie.
